Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil until coated.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix over the salmon and gently toss until all pieces are well coated.
- Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is crispy on the outside and cooked through.
