Description

These blackened air fryer salmon bites are packed with bold, smoky flavor and a touch of spice, all crisped to perfection in minutes. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners, bowls, tacos, or snacks, these juicy bites are as healthy as they are addictive.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil until coated.
  • Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle seasoning mix over the salmon and gently toss until all pieces are well coated.
  • Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is crispy on the outside and cooked through.
  • Serve warm with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of parsley, or use in tacos, bowls, or salads.

Notes

  • Use center-cut salmon fillets for uniform pieces and even cooking.
  • Adjust cayenne to control heat. Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed for extra crispiness.
