Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 45 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers crushed
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and diced jalapeños.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter.

Notes
