Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4–5 jalapeños seeded and diced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and diced jalapeños.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter.
- Sprinkle bacon on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly with golden topping.
