Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine shrimp, mango, avocado, onion, and jalapeño.

  • Pour in lime juice and orange juice.

  • Add cilantro, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to combine.
