Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (elbow or rotini)
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.

In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.

Fold in the cooked pasta until well combined.
