Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (elbow or rotini)
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.

  • In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
