A quick, savory-sweet stir-fry that’s better than takeout! This Honey Garlic Ground Beef and Broccoli dish is packed with bold flavor, protein, and tender veggies in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)
