Description

Juicy, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender, this Worcestershire Butter Roast Beef is an easy oven-roasted classic smothered in a rich, buttery marinade.


Ingredients

  • 34 pound beef chuck roast
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh herbs (optional), for garnish

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

    • In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

    • Place roast in a baking dish or Dutch oven. Pour sauce mixture over the roast and cover tightly with foil or lid.

    • Bake for 3–3.5 hours or until beef is fork-tender.

    • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing or shredding. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
