Ingredients
- 3–4 pound beef chuck roast
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Fresh herbs (optional), for garnish

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Place roast in a baking dish or Dutch oven. Pour sauce mixture over the roast and cover tightly with foil or lid.

Bake for 3–3.5 hours or until beef is fork-tender.
