Description

Baked Chicken Legs and Rice is a hearty, one-dish meal featuring tender chicken drumsticks nestled in fluffy, seasoned rice — simple comfort food at its best!


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown chicken legs slightly.

    • In a baking dish, combine rice, broth, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Arrange chicken on top of the rice mixture.

    • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
