Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
