This Easy Sheet Pan Beef Bulgogi brings bold Korean flavors to your dinner table with minimal effort. Perfectly marinated beef slices bake to tender perfection with veggies, creating a delicious and satisfying one-pan meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.

  • Add beef slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  • Arrange beef and sliced veggies on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, tossing halfway through.

  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
