Creamy, cheesy, and incredibly easy, this Chicken Hashbrown Casserole combines tender chicken, shredded hashbrowns, and a rich, comforting sauce for a hearty one-dish dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package (30 ounces) frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in the thawed hashbrowns, shredded chicken, and cheddar cheese.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
