Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package (30 ounces) frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the thawed hashbrowns, shredded chicken, and cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
