Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly steam broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots until just tender.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Combine veggies and sauce; mix well.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
