Juicy, oven-baked Ranch Chicken Thighs are seasoned with zesty ranch spices for a flavorful, crispy-skinned dinner that’s easy to prepare and loved by all.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub spice mix all over the chicken.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F and skin is crispy.
