Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped mini pretzels
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together butter, sugars, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla; beat until combined.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until dough forms.
- Fold in pretzels and chopped Reese’s cups.
- Drop dough by tablespoon onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
