Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped mini pretzels
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream together butter, sugars, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add egg and vanilla; beat until combined.
  • Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until dough forms.
  • Fold in pretzels and chopped Reese’s cups.
  • Drop dough by tablespoon onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  • Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
