Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half the zucchini slices.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
