Creamy, garlicky shrimp alfredo comes together in under 30 minutes for a decadent and easy pasta dinner that’s perfect for weeknights or date nights.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth.

Return shrimp to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
