Description

These baked or air-fried chicken wings are glazed in a sticky-sweet honey garlic sauce that packs irresistible flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

    • Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    • Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, or bake at 425°F for 40 minutes.

    • In a saucepan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar.

    • Bring to a simmer, then add cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened.

    • Toss cooked wings in the honey garlic glaze.

    • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
