Description
Crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy honey glaze with sweet candied walnuts—this takeout favorite is easy to make at home in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 2 egg whites
- ½ cup walnut halves
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a small pan, combine walnuts, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and dry on parchment.

In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, honey, and condensed milk. Set aside.

Coat shrimp in egg whites, then dredge in cornstarch.

Heat oil in a skillet and fry shrimp until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Toss fried shrimp with the honey sauce.
