These flavorful ground beef lettuce wraps are a quick, low-carb dinner packed with Asian-inspired flavors, fresh veggies, and a satisfying crunch.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 head butter or romaine lettuce
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.

Add ground beef, garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook until beef is browned.

Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.

Add chopped water chestnuts and cook for 2 more minutes.
