  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
