Description

These soft and chewy vegan oatmeal cookies are made with wholesome ingredients and packed with warm cinnamon and sweet raisins or chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil or vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins or vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet.

  • In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  • In another bowl, cream oil, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  • Combine wet and dry, stir in raisins or chips.

  • Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free option.
  • Add chopped walnuts for crunch.
