Description
These soft and chewy vegan oatmeal cookies are made with wholesome ingredients and packed with warm cinnamon and sweet raisins or chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup coconut oil or vegan butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins or vegan chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, cream oil, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry, stir in raisins or chips.

Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free option.
- Add chopped walnuts for crunch.
- Chill dough if too soft to handle.
