Garlicky, cheesy, and ultra-creamy—these Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells are packed with flavor and make the perfect indulgent dinner or meal prep dish.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
  • In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Mix garlic butter with shredded chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, and seasoning.
  • Fill each shell with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
  • Pour Alfredo sauce over shells, top with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
