Ingredients
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Mix garlic butter with shredded chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, and seasoning.
- Fill each shell with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour Alfredo sauce over shells, top with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top.
