Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or thawed from frozen)
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped

- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
