Ingredients
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, avocado, red onion, cheddar cheese, and cilantro. Toss gently to mix all the ingredients evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
