Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded carrots, raisins, and chopped walnuts.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt dressing over the carrot mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
