Ingredients
- 2 cups celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced celery, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, red onion, and parsley.
