Ingredients
- 4 cups yellow squash, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced yellow squash, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter, then sprinkle over the squash mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the squash is tender.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
