Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup croutons (optional)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- While the chicken is heating, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
- To assemble the tacos, place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Top with chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and croutons if using.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
- For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the Caesar dressing.
