Ingredients

  • 8 slices of whole grain bread
  • 8 ounces of sliced turkey breast
  • 4 slices of crispy bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks for assembly

Instructions

  1. Begin by toasting the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown. This adds a nice crunch to your sandwich.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
