Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 2 cups fresh watermelon, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and watermelon. Gently toss the fruits together to mix them evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the lime dressing over the mixed fruit and add the chopped mint leaves. Gently toss everything together until the fruit is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
