A quick and tasty recipe for Creamy Chicken Caesar Flatbread, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads. Top with chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of each flatbread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes on top before baking.
- You can substitute the chicken with grilled shrimp or tofu for a different protein option.
