Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed fresh fruits.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the fruits and gently toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
