Description
Delicious grilled chicken skewers marinated in ranch, garlic, and parmesan, perfect for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or side salad.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before grilling.
