Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and herbs to the skillet.
- Baste the steaks with the melted butter for an additional 2-3 minutes.
