Description
Grilled Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Sauce are a delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand to prevent burning.
- Grill the chicken bites for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled chicken bites with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream in the sauce for a lighter option.
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken seasoning or the sauce.
