These Fourth of July Cookie Bars are a festive and easy treat perfect for celebrating Independence Day.
Ingredients
- 1 box of cake mix
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of red and blue sprinkles
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
- For a more festive look, use star-shaped sprinkles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
