Description

A delicious and easy-to-make layered taco bake that combines all your favorite taco ingredients in a single dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 package tortilla chips
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and refried beans to the skillet, mixing well.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, salsa, and half of the cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining tortilla chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and olives before serving.
