Ingredients

Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, crushed graham crackers, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in red and blue sprinkles to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
