Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into rounds
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the kielbasa is browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
