  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 cups cubed bread (preferably day-old)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
