Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cottage cheese mixture and gently stir until everything is well combined.
- Fold in the fresh dill until evenly distributed.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
