Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Honey Mustard Baked Salmon that combines sweet and tangy flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the honey mustard mixture.
