Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce. Stir until the chicken is fully coated.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over each flatbread.
- Top each flatbread with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
