A creamy and delicious Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Bake that combines tender chicken, steamed broccoli, and a rich cheese sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, heavy cream, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Pour the chicken and broccoli mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, consider adding an additional 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
- You can substitute the broccoli with cauliflower or spinach for a different flavor profile.
