Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the flavors of garlic, Parmesan, and cheeseburgers in a convenient crescent roll package.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the shredded cheddar cheese into the beef mixture.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking the ends in to seal.
- Place the filled bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- Try using different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for a unique flavor twist.
