Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes for better flavor.
- Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a tablespoon of lemon juice to the marinade.
- You can also substitute the chicken breasts with thighs for a juicier option.
