Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to extend above the edges of the pan for easy removal later.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
