Description

Carrot Tots are a delicious and healthy snack made from grated carrots and cheese, perfect for kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small tot shapes, about 1 to 1.5 inches long, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
