Ingredients
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
Instructions
- Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
- Spread 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- If using, drizzle honey over the peanut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon for added flavor.
- Place one banana at the edge of each tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- If desired, sprinkle granola inside the roll before rolling for added crunch.
- Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces or serve whole.
- For best results, chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving to firm up the roll-ups.
