  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 slices of crusty bread (such as sourdough or ciabatta)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved strawberries with olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar until well coated. Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
