They get a tuition credit of 20,000$, it is available to students who are residents and citizens of one of the Least developed countries.
The scholarship has been gifted specially to students from least developed countries like Malawi, Nepal, Uganda, Haiti, Bangladesh, Liberia, Myanmar, and Sierra Leone.
The IPCC Scholarship Program:
The IPCC grant aims to increase the ability to understand climate change in developing countries by providing opportunities for young scientists from developing countries to conduct studies that would not be possible without the involvement of the Fund.
OWSD fellowship for female students:
Sponsored by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, this fellowship’s goal is to provide financial help to female students coming from sub-Saharan Africa and least developed countries, who desire to continue postgraduate training leading to a Ph.D. outside their own country.

UNITAR Fellowships for Diplomatic Training:
The Multilateral Diplomacy Program is a program that offers citizens of least developed countries fellowships to participate in e-learning courses and is awarded according to experience and career relevance in the international diplomacy sector, level of personal motivation, and relevant academic background.
