Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Melted butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Eggs
  • Banana pudding mix
  • Mashed ripe bananas
  • Whipped cream
  • Vanilla wafers

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and press into a springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time. Mix in banana pudding mix and mashed bananas.
  • Pour over crust and bake at 325°F for 50–60 minutes.
  • Chill and top with whipped cream and wafers.
